However, I did experience issues with the hot tub's water temperature, which was disappointingly cold, detracting from the overall relaxation experience.

Poor water pressure that barely qualifies as a shower!!! Constant loud music disrupts outdoor relaxation, with virtually no beach left, just overpriced drinks!!!

Spacious apartment with great privacy and excellent staff from reception to maintenance. The bed in my one-bedroom apartment was super comfy, making it easy to relax after long days. The location right by 5th Avenue was just perfect, close to all the buzzing atmosphere yet surprisingly quiet inside. Although I did notice some peeling paint and a couple of minor maintenance issues, they didn’t overshadow my stay. The night guard made me feel secure when wandering around the area. Housekeeping was generally good but could improve communication, as I was left waiting for an early room cleaning which delayed my plans. The kitchen was well-equipped but would’ve been nice to have some dish drying racks. Overall, really enjoyed my time and would recommend it to others looking for a mix of comfort and excitement in Playa del Carmen.

I loved staying here because it's just a short walk to both the bustling 5th Avenue and the beautiful Los Fundadores Park, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local vibe, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, which added to the comfort of my stay.

We had a fantastic time here, especially when the staff surprised my husband with a bottle of wine and a room full of balloons for his birthday—what a sweet touch! The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing on lazy afternoons. The digital lock was a bit tricky to figure out at first, but overall, we loved our stay! 🎉
